At BuyDas, every product is custom-made, so we follow a strict return policy.

❌ No returns or refunds for:

Wrong size selected by customer

Change of mind

Design approved by customer

✅ Eligible for replacement/refund only if:

Product is damaged

Printing defect or wrong item received

📸 Proof required:

Customer must share photos within 48 hours of delivery

🔁 Replacement Process:

We will reprint and ship the product within 5–7 business days
